Yes, you can repair your application. To do that, you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Windows 7) > select your application and click Repair. By doing this you will repair your application but all your settings and preferences made inside it will be wiped. This application is discontinued by the developer. This means that it will not be supported anymore nor receive any updates.
